Blossoming the lotus of your practice
We will learn a predetermined sequence or sadhana. Sadhana can be translated as the complete practice, that is, when it contains all the elements of the Yoga method combined with a process of self-observation and reflection.
This course invites you to give yourself two weeks in the experience of a powerful Yoga and experience how the practice makes us flourish. It is a strong and challenging practice that will awaken your layers, during the course we will refine each of its elements.
The practice is interwoven with theory, technique and mythology, giving us a taste of true Yoga from the heart.

Understanding Patanjali’s Yoga Aphorisms
It is irreverent to say that one knows about Yoga without knowing the marvelous content of this treatise which is the basis of classical Yoga itself that underlies all the current divergences of Yoga.
MahaGuru Patanjali in the 4th century B.C., presented this systematized compendium of the most important Yoga methods to give historical place to Yoga as a philosophical Vision by itself, in these aphorisms the true practitioner finds the very essence and spiritual purpose of Yoga whose objective in reality is to free the human being from a mental trap that he himself has created and sustained, and step by step eradicates all the beliefs that prevent him from fullness and ultimate freedom.
Chanting the text in the Sanskrit language we vibrate and root the invisible meaning, adding an explanation in form and actual content we find all the light that clarifies our path at once.
